Kudos for great customer service!! Especially the gentleman who works closer to the entrance. Sir, you rock. I didn't talk to the rest of the team; this person alone carries the store alone if needed. He should a manager or maybe he's the manager. Clean restrooms, ample parking lot, very visible from the road. Only downside though, their bread specifically croissants are significantly smaller now... I wonder if the greed from corporate has anything to do with it. Saving money in ingredients much? That's not right! Starbucks built their reputation they right, now seems like their shooting themselves in both feet... Not good for customers, will hurt profits overtime, just saying...

I am SO glad to have a Starbucks near my house. I don;t drink coffee everyday but when I do, I can always count on Starbucks to make it perfectly for me.

Even though this Starbucks location is a little out of our way, we come here because they are fast, friendly, and helpful. They do a great job of making your drink or food as requested. They also do a great job of keeping the place clean and well maintained.

I love Starbucks and I usually do not complain but this is the second time something like this has happened to me at the same location. The first time it occurred I let it slide and just kept my drink without complaining. I clearly ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappacino with Coconut milk and a shot of expresso. The drink was absolutely not what I ordered at all. It did not have whipped cream and was definitely not a mocha drink because it looked like a caramel drink. I ordered through the mobile app but all my customizations were on there. I do not understand how they could get the order wrong when it specifically has what I ordered on the sticker they attached to my cup.
